To flash your Qualcomm Android device, your will need to have drivers installed in your pc. You can get it from here Flashing procedure

• Download QFIL
• Extract and run QFIL.exe

Once you run the QFIL.exe, you will see a dashboard like the one below.

Now click on the 'Browse..' button to locate your firmware file in your computer. The file type flashable by this tool is a .mbn file.(You can equally select programmer type as either:ELF or Hex.

 Select your firmware file to flash as shown below.

After loading .mbn file, you will need to load XML

This has two options: 

rawprogram_unsparse_without_qcn.xml : Choosing this file, data will not be lost.
rawprogram_unsparse.xml : Will lose RF Calibration data, IMEI and WiFi/Bluetooth Address.

So, it'ts adviceable you select select rawprogram_unsparse_without_qcn.xml and then Select Patch0.xml.

• Next select the com port by clicking on the 'Select port' button.

• After that, click on the start button, switch of your device and connect to pc(you will need to press bootkey; vol+ and vol-) before connecting phone.
• Wait for the flashing to complete.
• And congrats!!!
